In addition to meditation, you'll learn a variety of other strategies to help you shift your thinking, your limiting beliefs, and your moods and emotions. You'll learn specifically how you create the inner chaos of stress, anxiety, and undesirable moods and emotions; and how you can create inner peace, ease and joy throughout your day instead.
If you regularly don't feel like you wish you did, then reading books and taking an occasional one-shot class isn't going to be enough for lasting change.
