These guided meditations will be great practice for experiencing yourself as Spirit and reconnecting to your Wholeness, and to build a felt sense and body memory of your oneness with Spirit. Consider them like training wheels on a bike, with the goal of you eventually being able to ride on your own. If possible, I recommend listening to them with headphones for better sound quality.

Description: My intention for you in this meditation, is to create a state of awe and wonder, and to perhaps question your every day perception of who, or what, you are.
Meditation Name: The Space of Stillness and Quiet and gratitude
Description: In this guided meditation, you’ll practice shifting your awareness to where the stillness, peace and quiet already exist, which is the same as the space of Spirit. This is my #1 go-to strategy for connecting and “Re-Sourcing”.

Description: Using the intention "I am the space for", you get to direct the form the infinite potential that you are will take. What do you want to be the space for? Love? Joy? Good times with friends? Imagine and feel it as you say it, and "Abracadabra! It is done!".

Description: In this meditation, you'll have the chance to experience that you’re way of thinking about a problematic situation isn’t the only way, and not necessarily true; and you’ll start exercising your ability to shift your interpretations and beliefs.

Description: Use this process to release unwanted thoughts (stories) or feelings, or if you're just feeling off centered in some way. It will help you to connect to the inner guidance and wisdom of your heart, and return to your more peaceful, resourceful Spirit Self.

Description: This will help you to change your inner story from inside the vortex of love, which is the same as returning to your whole Spirit-Self. When you’re in the space of Spirit, you more naturally create your story from Spirit perspectives.
