These guided meditations will be great practice for experiencing yourself as Spirit and reconnecting to your Wholeness, and for building a felt sense and body memory of your oneness with Spirit. Meditation: Getting a different perspective
Description: In this meditation, you'll have the chance to experience that your way of thinking about something isn't the only way to think about it, and is not necessarily true; and you'll start exercising your ability to shift your interpretations and beliefs. Before you begin the meditation, come up with a belief that you'd like to change, as discussed in the chapter. You can also use this meditation to help you shift your way of thinking about a situation, circumstance, person, etc. So, instead of coming up with a belief, you'd begin with the "story" you have about something that you experience as a problem.
